learnCasa Zaldaña was born when Karin and I opened up our small apartment to Airbnb in 2022. It has evolved and now houses all our creativity.
exploreWe decided to launch this portfolio + shop, and wanted to ensure it well-represented both of us. We both explored ideas for the logo together.
finalizeAfter finding the perfect script font and making adjustments, everything fell into place. When I duplicated the “C”, it made a lovely tulip.
digitizeWe fell in love with a script Karin drew, and a “Z” icon that doubled as a tulip ~ representing my dutch heritage and Karin’s nickname.
