Italy—2023

Honestly, the honeymoon of a lifetime. We started with 24 hours in Barcelona, which was unreal. Then it was 4 days in Rome, 3 days in the Tuscany countryside, 3 days in Cinque Terre, and a final night in Milan. We saw the pope at Easter Mass at the Vatican, met people that left a lifetime impression, and saw our first world wonder together. I managed to sprain my ankle on the cobble stones on our final day in Cinque Terre! It was epic.

This trip is one of those trips where it’s so hard to narrow down what images to share because Karin captured so many incredible shots. This was the first trip Karin did without a digital camera, only relying on his Canon’s automatic settings to figure out what settings to do for his Rico film camera.
