Italy—2025

It was our first international trip as a family of three! Italy was magical with a one year old. Everyone was so kind and restaurants are really kid-friendly. We had grandmas hold our baby on the train, and we fell in love with the servers that made friends with her. We met up with our friends (who also had a one year old) in Venice for the first 3 days, headed to Florence for a cousin’s wedding, and then finished our trip at a 5-star family-run resort in the Dolomites. We all got a stomach bug in the middle of it, but left with a lasting love for the people, views, and FOOD!

We absolutely loved the moments Karin captured. At the beginning of the trip, Karin’s Cannon completely died on him, and he had to start trusting his gut with the manual settings and taking all of the film on his Rico.
